The meeting minutes just note that the session was closed for a portion of the meeting due to sensitivity/confidentiality around a topic. Unless the whole BOD meeting is sensitive, PVS should still be publishing meeting minutes for the portion of the meeting that is not in closed session. Hiding behind the banner of sensitivity is lame on PVS’ part.[/quote]
