| Tell you “you look cute”, “you look hot tonight”. Things like that. Or is this not part of your relationship? |
| He does, and I appreciate it. |
| Yes, constantly |
| Definitely not. I wish he would. |
| Years ago, he did not and it made me so sad on top of other intense life stressors. People go through periods and if you have a lot to juggle, caring for your partner might be less of a priority. I dont think its a set personality style or skill. It does make an intense difference for mental health though to know you are appreciated, like in any relationship, romantic or not. |
Do you reciprocate? |
Do you also tell him he is cute, hot? |
yep |
|
No
Only after he started sleeping with men / and went bi at the same time. |
| Do it too often and it loses its charm. |
| All the time. Multiple times per day |
| Not once in our relationship. He thinks it’s shallow to comment on looks. I do wish he would sometimes though. But it’s also nice not to care about my looks at all. |
| Yes. Married for over 20 years. I do reciprocate. |
| Women really like the words being said that much? Huh. I always leaned heavily into being demonstrative and walking around with my erection out like a water diviner. |
| No but he lets me know which celebrities/models he finds hot. He will always be pining for a 10 and sad that he only has a 5. |
