| Has anyone seen canned pumpkin in stores yet? I’m in the Arlington/Falls Church area and have looked at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Safeway, Harris Teeter, and giant! This early fall weather has me in the mood to make a pumpkin roll cake. |
| It's a year round item. |
| Agreed. Maybe not for TJ but at a full store like Giant. |
| Everywhere is OUT! |
| Can't find at Aldi. |
Yes, I usually have some on stock throughout the year for my dog but its weird no one seems to have it. If anyone has actually seen it themselves this week I'd love to know where. I'm trying Target tomorrow. |

This is super weird.
Grocery stores stock canned pumpkin year round. Look in the canned vegetable aisle near the canned corn. It’s not a seasonal item. |
At out grocery store it's in the baking aisle. |
This. They sell it with the canned pie filling in the baking aisle. Even worse, it's usually on the bottom shelf and you sometimes have to really crouch down to see it. |
| It's in stock year round in the baking aisle. The best price ($1.99/can) currently is at Wegman's and Target (store brand - Libby's and organic varieties are more). |
| It's not fresh because the season hasn't even started. It's likely a year old or imported. |
Fresh and canned don't really go together. |
| OP here- Found it today at Target. I was also at Giant (still out) and asked customer service. They said its been out for a week and not sure when they're getting it. Weird! |
This may explain delays.... |
| They have it at Wegmans |
