| Just made a big batch of pesto. I’ll freeze some, but would like to find some new recipes or uses for some of it fresh in the next few days. Sandwiches. Pasta. What else? |
| Please don't gift it to anyone. /s |
We like this (gift link) https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1026347-pesto-chickpea-soup?unlocked_article_code=1.iE8.ymH3.wUVYIiHMXFl9&smid=share-url |
| Put it in salads. I’ve made a spinach-pea-pesto salad, Sweetgreen has a chicken parm pesto salad, or a caprese salad. |

My DD likes pesto on flatbread with chicken.
I like to mix pesto with canned white beans to make a dip. Sometimes I add a little lemon juice. |
Not OP, but that looks so good. |
You can gift it to me! |
| I like pesto on salmon. |
|
I add a little to pasta salad.
But I would just freeze it in ice cube trays to have on hand later off popping into various things. |
| Minestrone |
Soupe au pistou. https://www.davidlebovitz.com/soupe-au-pistou-french-vegetable-soup-recipe/ |
Oh that is right up my alley! |

We all love pesto
Top3: on salmon baked in oven On naan bread with chicken and mozzarella, bake about 4-5 mins On sandwiches instead of mayo or either mayo I lied, one more… mixed in with spaghetti. Works great for leftovers. Reheats with pasta better than red sauce/or Alfredo |

Mix it in with pasta, couscous or quinoa with some sliced cherry tomatoes.
Or use it as a smear on a caprese tomato and mozzarella sandwich. |
