The bottom line list of colleges isn't much different than USNWR , ranking order notwithstanding.

Niche is terrible. Too much reliance on unscientifically collected surveys. Total bs.

According to this ranking, both of my kids go to top 10 colleges. So this is obviously the best list.

LOL !

But, every school on this list of 25 is outstanding. Would be tough to justify telling a student at, for example, Johns Hopkins (JHU) that he or she is not in a top 10 academic environment.
