I can do loose leaf teas at home, but at work I need to use tea bags.
I want to switch to brands that definitely do not have micro plastics. I’ve done some googling and have seen some brands come up like: yogi, stash, and pukka. I have used stash before, but not others. Which brands do you like and trust? Thanks! |
| I did not even know micro-plastics in tea bags were a thing but am trying to eliminate them also. Will be following, sorry I don't have info to add. |

A lot of brands now, including Rishi, use "plant-based" bags, and guarantee that they do not contain petroleum-based plastics. But I thought, why have a bag at all? Perhaps in a few years, all these veggy bags will turn out to be toxic as well. If you can't have a small canister of loose leaf tea and a strainer at work, then Rishi tea bags might fit your needs.

| It's just easier to stop drinking tea. Drink hot water. |
| Mariage Frères tea is what we drink. |
| You don't need bags. Brew tea naturally without them, and skim off the bulk of the leaves with a slotted spoon or strainer. A few leaves won't hurt you to eat. |

OP there was a thread about this two months ago.

Republic of Tea and Stash are what I drink.
I don't like the flavors of the other two you mentioned. |
Ah I missed that—thank you! |
