Plastic surgery - facelifts - yes or no? And where?

Anonymous
Heading towards my late 50s and Botox touch ups, micro needling and good skin care are not doing it anymore.

I’d also like a revision rhino if I’m going to do surgery again. I had a nose job after a car accident in my teens and then a bad revision in my 30s that I’ve always hated.

Unpopular opinion, I don’t think US surgeons are as good as people think. Both my surgeries were done by top doctors in top markets and were $$.

Anyone btdt?

No.

If international, then Dubai, and I know you don't love our doctors, but I'd have it done in either LA or New York where they get a lot of practice. I'd go with that doctor that seems to have done Kris Jenner's facelift. She looks amazing: Steven Levine.

Hell, no. Surgery is way too risky these days.

Yup Botox and microneedling can only do so much.

Look into Dr. Justin Cohen in McLean. He does a ton of rhinoplasty. A few friends have gone to him and they look amazing.

No, facelifts and a bunch of fillers make wimen look so much older than doung nothing.

They make you look like one of those caricature sketches you get on the boardwalk.

Since you want both, I’d go to Naderi. Your nose is going to be complicated so you want a specialist. There is another surgeon in the practice that only does facelifts. But I imagine they can schedule you at the same time so it’s one surgery instead of two.

You should get deep plane if you’re going for a facelift.

Do it soon. Most surgeons will not operate on patients older than 60.

Look into Dr. Bitar in Fairfax. He did my aunt’s facelift and my friend’s rhinoplasty and they both look amazing.

That's why you should never do fillers and just go for the deep-plane face lift.

Op here. I had both surgeries done by top doctors in NY. That’s what I said what I said about US doctors. I wouldn’t go to Dubai but I would consider other places.
