I’m trying to avoid shopping for my 3 kids’ EXTENSIVE back to school lists at Target (my typical go to before the whole DEI debacle) or Amazon / Walmart. Costco isn’t great for this with the super-specific items. Where are you shopping for this stuff if you’re also trying to avoid the (other) big 3?
[Note: No need to debate my anti-target stance. You may not agree and that’s fine. We all make the choices we can live with.] |
| Staples is my go-to |
| staples? |
| Staples? They have a lot of the BTS stuff. But I'm not trying to avoid a particular retailer. |
| Are we still mad at target? |
| Staples - I've never gone BTS shopping anywhere else. |
+1. You're being ridiculous, OP. |
| Another vote for Staples here! |
| Staples, Office Depot |
Way overpriced, but if that's the cost to have a clear conscience... |
| We like Ban.do |
Staples has great BTS sales. Outside of those, yes, they are more expensive than Wal-Mart, Target, etc. |
| I’m not arguing with anything, but why did you link Amazon and Walmart together? I thought they were each other’s primary competitors. |
| Michaels and 5Below will have some things (but not everything). |
No way. Some of us vote with our feet. You do you. |
