Gift for new hire-first job after college

My twins are starting their first corporate jobs, one in August, the other in September, what can I get for them outside the obvious such as a pen? If they were girls, I’d get them a frame or desk decoration but I’m at a loss for boys?

These are gifts I've given my DS who travels frequently for work.
Really nice personalized luggage tags. He says he ikes them because its easy to pick his bag out on the baggage carousel.
Tumi toiletry bag that is personalized.
Travel pillow for the airplane.

He received a watch from us as a college graduation gift so I didn't buy him a "first job" gift as well (he had the job at graduation but didn't start until later in the summer.). He started traveling for work about a year after he started so these were Christmas and birthday gifts the last couple of years.

I would not give anyone a desk item today because a lot of people hotel. I bring everything in my laptop bag that I need for days in the office and sit wherever I get a spot.

Luggage is a good one...nice carryon bag. Or just some cash to help get them started with clothes or apartment stuff. Agree nothing for their desk or a pen.
