Why did they mention Trump's health/legs/veins?

Since they lie about so much, why did they bother to announce that Trump has vein issues and swelling in his legs? They could easily have skipped this "news," and we'd never know.
Trump's spokesperson pointed out the health issue is common for those over 70 years of age. Seems telling she'd take the time to draw attention to his age... |
