Comstock is not returning the public land it promises to develop on Herndon. Not to mention that part of the deal included a grant (?) for an arts facility that it tried to wiggle out of.

So disgusting. NOVA / FX County doesn’t want the casino yet Comstock is trying to force that through, while Herndon residents approved plans for an arts facility and other improvements, got a Grant, and contracted with Comstock to do the development, and now Comstock won’t return the land per the agreement which it doesn’t intend to develop.The TOH council isn’t completely blameless in getting into this mess (the new council has other plans).
