NOVA / FX County doesn’t want the casino yet Comstock is trying to force that through, while Herndon residents approved plans for an arts facility and other improvements, got a Grant, and contracted with Comstock to do the development, and now Comstock won’t return the land per the agreement which it doesn’t intend to develop.The TOH council isn’t completely blameless in getting into this mess (the new council has other plans).
