Husbands 3rd firing

Anonymous
My husband was fired today for the third time in his career. Not going to say what industry but I’m fed up. And no it’s not a lay off-he screwed up big time.

Is your spouse former military?

I have a friend in this situation. Her husband is former military and just can't adjust to life on the outside. He's been fired repeatedly. She has nothing good to say about him, but stays with him anyway.

Screwed up like showed up drunk and sexually harassed his boss, or screwed up like cited wrong appellate court decision and lost a major case?

ugh - I am sorry. I feel for you.

My sympathies, OP.

My husband is on the spectrum, and while his work is always top notch, he misses social cues and is always the first to be let go when budgets are cut.

Not a lawyer but lost a major client due to missing a deadline

He has a horrible memory-mixed up dates, people, places

I think I’m at the end

I’m sorry. I really am.

My husband is brilliant but his business is slow and finding opportunities and interviews have been non existent so far.
He will get there.

3 times in 30 years isn’t too shabby.
You will be surprised to learn so many useless middle managers earning their high salary doing nothing turn out fine.

What's his position? Does he seem like he feels bad or doesn't care? That would depend on the advice I'd give you.
