Buying tactical gear online and terrorizing the public, all while masked. Taking the law into their own hands
The 2025 version of the KKK. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2025/06/11/immigration-arrests-ice-raid-masks/?itid=hp_mv-top-stories_opinions_p001_f019 |
I would not be surprised if the violence in the current protests is coming from right wing agitators as well. We saw that during the Floyd protests, where it turned out that many of the arsons, assault of police officers and on government buildings was in fact Boogaloo bois.
Just buy a facemask, Molotov cocktail supplies and a Mexican flag and create that instant false flag excuse for escalating violence and blaming the left. |
Exactly the problem with these unidentified guys and their masks--who's to say who is legit? |
^ by far the most likely scenario, despite Washington coomPost scum attempts to enrage its leftist readership. |
Gace it, there is maga and there is America. There is no “leftist” leadership or agenda. You are just very unpopular. Being an ICE agent, as distasteful as the job might be, should be pretty easy to prove and verify. If they can’t or won’t, it’s an abduction. |
The proud boy’s will be out this weekend stirring it up. |
We saw this coming. So awful.
Why are the Republicans in Congress allowing Stephen Miller to run our country?! |
It is so inappropriate that federal agents are allowed to abduct people off the street with no uniform and while wearing masks. The video of that poor Tufts student is stuck in mind. If a group of masked men in normal clothes came up to me on the street and tried to restrain me, I would assume I was being abducted and assaulted. Congress needs to get of its ass and exercise oversight over the demagogue in the White House. |
Why are you fantasizing again? |
I asked AI for verified cases of people impersonating ICE agents, and these are some of the examples it gave. Clearly, it's not just WP "scum" attempts to "enrage its leftist readership" that's at play here. When you have an entire agency hiding their faces with masks, wearing plain clothes, and not wearing or immediately displaying their badges, it's logical that there will be some people impersonating them because it's so easy to do so. *South Carolina (January 29, 2025): Sean-Michael Johnson, 33, was charged with kidnapping and impersonating a police officer after detaining a group of Latino men along a Charleston County road. He allegedly presented himself as an ICE agent, with the incident recorded by a victim, showing Johnson saying, “You all got caught! Where are you from, Mexico?” *North Carolina (January 26, 2025): Carl Thomas Bennett, 37, was arrested for impersonating an ICE officer and sexually assaulting a woman at a Motel 6 in Raleigh. He allegedly threatened to deport her if she did not comply, using a business card with a badge to support his claim. Bennett faces charges including kidnapping and second-degree forcible rape. *Pennsylvania (February 1, 2025): Aidan Steigelmann, a 22-year-old Temple University student, was charged with conspiracy to impersonate a public servant after he and two others, wearing shirts labeled “Police” and “ICE,” attempted to enter a university residence hall and disrupted a nearby cookie shop. Two of the individuals were students, and one was a former student. *Florida (February 24, 2025): Steven Donovan, 47, was arrested in Orlando for posing as a Homeland Security agent. He carried a gun and demanded entry to an apartment complex, claiming he was searching for undocumented immigrants. *Florida (April 10, 2025): Latrance Battle, 52, was arrested for impersonating an ICE agent to kidnap her ex-boyfriend’s wife. She allegedly wore a shirt with “ICE” printed on it and showed a sheriff’s office business card, attempting to detain the woman before fleeing to Alabama. Charges include kidnapping, robbery, and impersonating a law enforcement officer. *Florida (April 2025): José Juan Lopez, 23, was arrested in Indiantown for impersonating an ICE agent. He chased two Latino migrants in a van, demanding they prove their immigration status and threatening deportation. The incident occurred at 3 a.m., and Lopez was identified by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office as having no affiliation with ICE. *Utah (March 2025): Rony Hernandez-Morales, 36, a twice-deported Honduran national, was arrested by ICE for impersonating an ICE officer. He was charged with impersonating a peace officer and identity fraud, seen wearing an ICE t-shirt and a badge. *California (March 2025): At El Sancho Loco Taqueria in Newbury Park, a customer was reported wearing a jacket labeled “ICE Immigration,” described as an attempt to intimidate the immigrant community. California Attorney General Rob Bonta noted a rise in such impersonation scams targeting vulnerable immigrants. |
Thank you. |
I have a 22 y.o. daughter. I have told her never to open her door to anyone, including someone claiming to be the police, and to never stop her car for or engage with someone in an unmarked vehicle wearing plain clothes who is claiming they are an LEO. Rapes and assaults of women by actual LEO or people masquerading as LEO have been around for decades. I will also add that the practice of ICE agents obscuring their faces--despite their claims of doing it so they don't get doxxed--is highly irregular, even though they are allowed to do so. It is also highly intimidating, which is one of the reasons they do it. |
DP. What are you talking about? It’s clear Stephen Miller is our president. He ordered the attack on the Houthis, per the signal chat. He’s also the one driving immigration rough house tactics. He tweeted yesterday from Trump’s phone…there were no caps and complete sentences. He is giving EOs to him to sign, which he has no knowledge of. See the Trump’s Demetia thread, wher he admits he has no idea what he’s signing. Stephen Miller is our president and while he’s always been a ghoul, he’s especially angry that his wife left him for a billionaire. |
From Holly Matheson on Threads:
Enrique Tarrio is now running ICE operations - as he announced on June 11 - and no one is talking about it. The same Enrique Tarrio who is leader of the Proud Boys, has been recently seen at Mar A Lago, is suing the DoJ for $100 million and who should still be in prison for his role in January 6. If you’ve suspected that masked men who have been kidnapping people off the street have been far right militia members, that indeed appears to be the case. |
I fact checked this and the claim the Tarrio is running ICE is not true. I’m as anti-Maga anti-Trump as they come, but I think it’s important that our side not spread false information like the other side does. We should all routinely get into the habit of fact checking as much as possible given all the bad or manipulative information out there and the lack of a shared set of facts. The claim that Tarrio announced on June 11, 2025, that he is running ICE operations is unsupported by credible evidence and appears to be a rumor or misinformation spread via social media. No official records or mainstream reports confirm this role. |
