I volunteered to cover dinner for some graduated seniors in Corolla, but I’m not down there with them and don’t know Corolla. Does anyone have suggestions for hearty food that can be easily delivered or picked up? Thank you! |
Boys girls both? |
Can you call the adult chaperoning the house and ask for advice? |
Because there's boy food and girl food? |
Boys want hot dogs and girls want tacos. Duh. |
Pizza is pretty much your only option. There really is no delivery in Corolla. |
Pull up uber eats and see what’s available in Corolla |
LOL. Unlikely there's a chaperone. |

Venmo some money to one of the kids and let them order their own food. Maybe they can hit up a grocery store, or maybe they'll get some takeout but they aren't going to starve because prepared food isn't handed to them. |
DP, but I've been there. You can get pizza, tacos, donuts, or groceries. However, it's really not so far from Duck and other little towns just south of Corolla. I'm sure there are plenty of drivers ready to deliver whatever they'd like. Do the kids have a car? If so, why is a remote parent responsible for meals? |
Agave Roja. Call and ask them to cater a meal and have the kids pick it up. It is in the same parking lot as the Food Lion. Cosmo's Pizza in Corolla is also good and you can order online. Once again, the kids have to pick it up. |
There are not plenty of Uber eats drivers in Corolla, no. |
Boys, thank you! |
Thanks but I am trying to avoid bothering the chaperones! I plan to check in after I narrow it down a bit. |
