This came at a price. There are currently hundreds of school-based instructional positions being cut to balance the budget. Destaff letters are still being sent out. Not sure I would call this a win.
Teacher's unions have got to decide what their primary mission is.
Is it to protect the rights and professional independence of teachers or is it to support DEI.
Look at how much time and effort is being used to promote and
protect costly DEI admin positions while they watch instructional positions shrink
