Many states, particularly red ones, still suck at preventing straw purchases. They should sue individual states rather than gun manufacturers.

Gun manufacturers should be responsible for their guns that are stolen after they sell them to a licensed retailer that sells them to a US citizen. How can the highest court in the land be so stupid?

By this logic, a car manufacturer should be responsible for their cars that are stolen after sold to a dealership.

Remember, if you say "Free Palestine" you are the same as a Hamas baby beheader, but if you manufacturer semiautomatic rifles to illegally ship to Mexico, you're a good person. This is an invasion of Mexico by US forces.

If we’re going to blame Mexico for sending us fentanyl, they have the right to blame us for being the source of illegal guns.

Owning a gun is legal in Mexico but is more restricted than in the US. It’s not that easy to get a gun legally in Mexico because it has a very limited number of legal gun stores, with only one state-owned store operating in Mexico City.

Some facts about US weapons in Mexico and why they’re such a big problem:

*An estimated 200,000 to 500,000 US-made firearms are trafficked into Mexico each year.

*These trafficked weapons are a major factor contributing to the high levels of violence and crime in Mexico.

*Powerful drug cartels are the primary recipients of these smuggled firearms.

*A large percentage of firearms recovered at crime scenes in Mexico are traced back to the United States.

How can you be so stupid? What about vehicles or knives, they have been used by mentally unstable individuals to kill and injure innocent people.

I get it, you hate guns, but it was very difficult for a private citizen to own a gun in Israel before 10/7. The people relied on the state to protect them, but that didn’t work. So now the government has relaxed gun township restrictions and people are arming themselves.

Pretty sure that person is being sarcastic, but they are definitely going to come to get the guns, but it will just be Thiel and Palantir enabling the government to do it.

Mexico isn’t the only country whose violence is fueled by illegal guns from the US. My family was the victim of an armed robbery in the Caribbean. I found out that most guns in the Caribbean are smuggled in from the US, including the one used in our crime.

Between 2018 and 2022, nearly three-quarters of firearms recovered from the Caribbean and traced by the ATF could be traced back to the U.S. Smugglers use various methods to bring guns into the Caribbean, including boats, commercial vessels, and airlines.

Nah just send it to a third party (like how they do with Israel for example) and then they can ship them to terrorists, war criminals and dictators. EZ money and nothing illegal about it.

Gun manufacturers should be responsible for people murdered by their product. AR15's are military grade weapons intended for only one purpose: to kill humans!
