If he were a human trafficker and the DOJ had evidence of it, it would have come up sometime before today. This, of course, after they falsely claimed he was MS-13.

It "came up" in that he was once stopped at a routine traffic stop in Tennessee while driving a van of other day laborers. Of course they didn't arrest him or bring charges because it was obvious that he was doing what day laborers do... piling into a van and traveling for work.

The idea that this was human trafficking is offensive and disgusting. The cynicism of Stephen Miller and followers makes me physically sick.

It is the only way the administration can bring him back with a wisp of dignity. They've been preparing this for weeks and Pam Bondi rehearsed her speech so she could say it with a straight face. The DOJ lawyer in charge of his case before his deportation was fired, because he told the truth to the judge.

The basis for the charges was some guy in jail on felony charges. After being granted some immunity, he came up with a story top plese Pammy and Habeas Noem.

"After being granted limited immunity, Hernandez-Reyes allegedly told investigators that he previously operated a "taxi service" based in Baltimore. He claimed to have met Abrego Garcia around 2015 and claimed to have hired him on multiple occasions to transport undocumented migrants from Texas to various locations in the United States, sources told ABC News."

Remember this was Biden’s DOJ. They looked the other way in a ton of issues. The traffic stop was just one of the times he trafficked humans.

Good job Democrats. Because you made such a ruckus about his deportation it caused our DOJ to look at him more closely. This is not a decent man. He trafficked women and children. And has been implicated in other crimes.

A Grand Jury brought the indictments.

Glad he will be tried, found guilty no doubt, incarcerated and then deported.

We already know he transported workers between work sites. His wife freely admitted it. This is not human trafficking.

A two-count indictment, which was filed under seal in federal court in Tennessee last month and unsealed Friday, alleges Abrego Garcia, 29, participated in a yearslong conspiracy to haul undocumented migrants from Texas to the interior of the country.

They should have flown him in, done a quick trial on the tarmac, and sent him right back home to El Salvador.
