Bennington...Still alive?

Anonymous
I am interested in these small arts-based LACs with tiny endowments, particularly Bennington. While it has graduated amazing alum, especially for a school its size, it really struggles with a tiny endowment and low national recognition. Why do you think students still find themselves at Bennington and what draws them there in a time where higher ed is at its most unstable?

Because it’s a great arts college and they hire quality faculty. It’s really not much more complex than that.
