Anyone else watching? My young adult/college age kids were watching it and I sat in the family room to watch it with them and now I am hooked. It's crazy! I try to remember back when I was in my 20s and ask myself if I was that crazy. |
Yes. It certainly shows the trials and tribulation of marriage when you have young children. The real picture. Some of these women are going through some really difficult times with their husbands and depression and so on. They are not hiding anything. |
I'm watching it and enjoying it. But it's kind of taking advantage of the mystique of Mormonism. These ladies aren't practicing Mormons, and to the extent they are, they aren't typical specimens. I'd like it more if they included some actual Mormoness women (yeah I just made up that word) for contrast. That would be particularly interesting given the current fascination with traditional lifestyles. |
I agree that these girls are not what you would traditionally think of as living in a Mormon lifestyle. These are couples who are Mormon so they all are married and have children at the same age non Mormon are out partying, but you still have all of the friendship dramas. It's very interesting to me to watch

I live in a heavy Mormon area - I don’t think it’s a great representation of most young Mormon moms. |
They are instagram influencers nothing more. They play on dumb people to send them money under the guise of being religious.
They can claim they are Mormon all they want, still hypocrites and terrible role models. Sure lets keep having more kids and be uneducated. Women should be subservient to men is the message especially the one who moves to NY for her husband the total dumb tool. |
I don't think they are uneducated? Didnt most go to college? |
My thoughts exactly. They are really cruel to the women they consider friends. |
