Have you seen these anti Trump propaganda sites?

Latin Times (news for Latinos but they don't cover barely any... news about Latino people or issues.)

They pretend to be general news sites, but:
* They appear to have the same web design code, and no branding of any kind.

* Almost all the articles are Trump resistance posts. They contain facts, but...

* They are plagiarized from WaPO etc without giving any credit or citing any sources

* They often post misleading headlines, like claiming to quote Trump but it's actually something an anti-Trump said about Trump.

* They hide info about their writers, who appear to be fake identities

* They are frequently posted to Reddit echo chamber subreddits, where people have long discussions about the false claims in the headline, and not about the actual facts.

I have a relative who constantly shares FB posts from a troll site that SAYS it's a troll site (most recent claims that Amy Klobuchar was $50k in debt with a 570 credit rating when she became a senator and is now the 4th wealthiest woman in the US), and the logo for the site is right on the damn post. . . and he still believes it. I always respond with something factual, he doesn't delete or comment on my response, I'll give him that. We have pleasant conversations about things like rhubarb.

I'd never heard of Sakari Form but checked it out. We have tons of well-sourced factual sites to tell us about Trump's sins against ethics, morals, and the law.
I read a couple of articles and they're actually pretty bland. The first article I clicked said Judge Jeffrey White blocked Trump's ban on Harvard enrolling international students, which is also posted on every other news site.

So what exactly is your point?

What I am seeing from anti-Trump people is an impressive amount of looking up the text of bills and statutes and court orders and Constitutional provisions. Far cry from an echo chamber.

Now do OAN, World Net Daily, Gateway Pundit, Natural News, Before It's News et cetera et cetera et cetera. There are a ton of right wing propaganda sites that get echoed all over the right wing echo chamber and people repeat the nonsense they report on message boards including DCUM.

I have not heard of any of them, but it’s hardly unexpected since the republicans have been running a non stop disinformation campaign forever. It’s called, THE MEDIA.

Why would anti-Trump sites be necessary? Reality has a liberal bias. Reality under the Trump admin is that a felon x34 who doesn’t understand or care about laws, norms, competence, good governance, any governance, the economy or Americans who don’t fly MAGA flags is POTUS. I said “generally”, not “totally”. And it does say a lot about me, chiefly, that I’m more in touch with the America outside of the artificial bubble we live in here.

Could Trump do a few things better? Of course. How James Comey hasn’t been raided by a SWAT team at 4 am some morning yet is beyond disappointing…. But Trump almost 4 years ahead of him so I’m sure the DOJ will get around to it. Until then, Comey can keep eyeing the Sword of Damocles hanging above him.
