Loudoun Soccer had their board members appointed to the County Board to rewrite this policy in their favor. It was intended to restrict competition from the other club despite much and extensive dissatisfaction with Loudoun Soccer. They now use the fields po

They then rob Peter to pay Paul in the way they uses the fields 4 days a week for a travel team vs 1-2 days a week for a rec or challenge team. This policy is heavily favored towards boys teams at the lower level and amou ts too discrimination. They also discriminate against woman coaches. They live in the dark ages as to how they approach a coach who becomes pregnant or has another health related issue. From top to bottom this club discriminates against girls and women and they know it. The rec fees also heavily subsidize the travel program as became evident during the pandemic. Clubs are figuring out how to beat them
deity their noncompetitve ways. Free rec programs at fcv and private owned fields at Revolution are enabling other organizations to finally get a foothold and provide residents of the county an alternative. This doesn't negate how bad it is that Loudoun Soccer is a discriminating organization. The County is also complicit in subsidizing this organization because the structure of the field policy and costs associated with acquiring and using the fields is not covered by the use fees charged to Loudoun Soccer. In effect, the County subsidizes this program and it provides weak services to the County. This is the.nature of the arrangement that has developed over the years and the general public has had enough and both Loudoun Soccer and the County are exposed as to this corrupt relationship.

Turns out BC is not as good as people thought he was. Administering a Girls Academy program is above his abilities. He must have taken the same course on fooling people as AB.

It is just sad to see how quickly FCV has fallen. What once was a great club has been destroyed.

Take a look at the previous coaching staff. FCV was world class under CC and for a short time TF. But then along came someone with no soccer experience, just a profound social media poster - and low and behold the club is folding. He is a hit and run kinda guy.

FCV is a total dumpster fire. As far as we’ve heard not a single GA player from the top teams are returning next year from any age group. It’ll be completely new rosters.
