She did have something to do with it. She could have chosen not to participate in dynamic pricing (Ed Sheeran has done this in the past).

I don’t think Dynamic Pricing even really impacted things. Nosebleeds were going for $109 before fees. I think Capital One tickets were a little more expensive than VF though which is crummy.

Yeah I don't think she had Dynamic Pricing for the verified fan sale (also the consensus on Reddit). If that were on, ticket prices would have been significantly higher.

Why would you email with the seller instead of just accepting the ticket transfer?

The seller sent me an email and did not transfer the tickets. So I reported to stubhub. The seller likely didn’t have tickets, I’m not sure what his con was, other than hoping I’d Venmo him. Stubhub investigated as if I was part of the fraud, even though I was just a regular buyer who got unlucky.

Um. They are just realizing this now?? Something is NOT right here. Meanwhile resale prices are actually criminal. I am one of the many who had a verified code that wasn't properly registered by TM, and then struck out yesterday when the website crashed umpteen times, with tickets in my cart no less. I had the tiniest bit of hope left for tomorrow, however unlikely it may have been, and now that is gone.

No, it's best if majority if not all tickets went during the Verified Fan sale. That way most tickets got into the hands of actual fans. At this time, the only people to be pissed at are the fans that bought 6 tickets instead of only the 2 they needed. Totally selfish.
