Bethesda Soccer Club - BSC - Tiers

Can someone please rank the different tiers of 2016 BSC U10 teams (Adams Dempsey Donovan McKennie and Pulisic)?
Thanks!

You can figure it out by looking at the EDP futures divisions. It's your list - bottom (Adams) to top (Pulisic). From what I saw, McKennie even as the second team is still better than any other team in MD.

Thanks PP, where can I get the EDP futures divisions info? Sorry a complete ignorant parent here!

OP here. Chill, PP. No need to reply if don’t want to…

Another question, how easy is to move up between teams?

VERY EASY to move up.

Play 6-9 hours a week.

30m juggling x 6 days
30m ball mastery and/or 1v1 in the backyard x 6 days a week
1h x 2 days practice
1h x 3 days of free play at recess or after school

Your kid will be able to choose ANY 1st team in the area on this plan.

If you think this is too much, check out their screen time or track their video game usage.

If they don’t make the teams they want, review the list and see what % they did:

100% =1st team
75% =2nd team, etc.

You’re welcome.

Thanks, PP. DC is on a similar schedule. Was your answer specific to BSC?

This falls under the "you can be anything you want to be" fallacy and assumes wrongly that clubs all scout the players properly and that the clubs want the best players instead of maximizing revenues.

It's never overly easy to move up. Your kid needs to be better than (at least) the bottom 1/3 of the higher level team as well as better than everyone on their team, plus better than anyone else who shows up at tryouts... its easier to move from the lowest tier team to a mid tear team, moving up to the first team is usually the hardest and your kid really must deliver.
