Is this still a look? I love the utility of it (a way to carry keys, phone, chapstick but not cumbersome) but don’t see many women carrying them anymore.

Sometimes I feel like the only woman who doesn’t carry items in a pocket!

Thanks. What style bag do you carry when for example taking a walk, attending your kid’s baseball game, etc. I need something to carry my phone and keys.

I see it on people doing a walk (like a walk for exercise.)

I just use pockets but I could see it useful for holding keys and small items while exercising.

Talking about a fanny pack, worn like a bandolier? That's just silly.
Wear it normally on the hips. Try-hards do the "Oh I'm too cool to wear it on the hips" kinda look.

It’s a fanny pack. Wear it as fanny packs are meant to be worn. It’s looks fine. Not dated, not fashionable. It is for function.

Its just a bag for utility purpose. It's not high fashion but it's immensely useful.

I wear jackets, hoodies with pockets. Preferably with zip closures or interior pockets. Leave my purse in the car.

Exactly. It’s more comfortable and easily accessible worn across the body than around the hips for me, and I like that it doesn’t bounce or swing around. A perfect solution that I’m not going to abandon because it’s not trendy anymore.

What do you do in the summer when its too hot for jackets

I'm the OG from when my kids were toddlers. Didn't care how it looked. Clipped at my waist with phone and keys for the playground.

Now pants and skorts have way better pockets so that's my go-to. And kids are teens.

I use one when I go to the gym on hot days (no need for a jacket). I don't care if someone thinks it's "dated" or out of fashion, but I've crossed the age when you care what other people think.
