Explain this man’s appeal

We have a guy who seems to semi work for our landlord fixing things in his rental properties. This man is mid 50s, balding and sporting a pony tail, not well spoken, not attractive, 5’7” and according to him lives with his dad because he has bad credit. He drives a 1990s beat up pick up truck and he likes to tell everyone he had a stroke which I think may be questionable and every time he comes he asks if he can have a tip because “he’s broke”. Each time he comes to fix something he shows me a picture of his new girlfriend and there is always a new girlfriend. I’ve even seen them waiting in his truck while he fixes things. What do women find attractive about him?

I can do you one better.

Our apartment complex has a security guard who is 50s, at least 400 pounds, lazy eye, walks with a limp, balding, rotten teeth, very stupid.

He somehow landed a smoking hot 18 year old girlfriend.

The only thing I’ve been able to come up with:

1. She had major daddy issues
2. He’s been grooming her since she was 16/17 (he’s mentioned to me he waited to sleep with her until she hit 18, which I doubt)
3. I’m fairly certain he does drugs (meth teeth) and is her supplier.

Also keep in mind he may be telling you he’s broke and lives with his dad, but he’s probably walking back to his truck with the $50 tip you gave him and flashing how much money he has to those girlfriends (“they gave me $50! By the end of the day, I’ll have over $300 in tips!”)

Also the fact that he has a new gf every week means they probably figure it out and bail pretty quickly.

They don't find him attractive enough to stay with him long term. I see this as giving anybody a chance, yes? Maybe he asked, they said yes. Or he's go insane pheromones! or they are just a broke as he is.

Unlike your husband, he knows how to fix things and can do manual labor. Women like that.
