Shrimp salad — with mayo, finely chopped celery, capers, and Old Bay.
Sautéed in butter with Old Bay.
Egg salad or potato salad with baby shrimp.
I also like scrambled eggs with baby shrimp and green onions.

Shrimp cakes

tablespoon or two of flour, egg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped green onions, chopped shrimp, paprika , salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan, nonstick or with butter, spoon batter to make small pancake sized disks, cook and flip. Serve with mayo mixed with fresh squeezed lemon juice.

I would keep them frozen until the next time it rains very hard. Then I would throw them in puddles. What a surprise to people walking by oh my goodness where did the shrimp come from?
