Yes! We have enjoyed it very much for our youth athlete. We have been bring our DD there for 3 years for their summer speed training & winter soccer agility training sessions.

As an adult, I also signed up for a class and enjoyed it. I wish we lived closer, we would go more often.

I like the smaller class sizes, the coaches are great and they work on some very good stuff. Also, the workouts are broken down into 5 phases, so the workout goes by fast.

PP Here. The summer and winter programs for youth athletes were a good deal. I think $240 for 12 weeks (1x per week classes). While, the monthly membership was north of $100 per month. They also have some coupons to try it out for free for kids and adults.

Sometimes in the summer, they will run youth athlete specials, all summer for a set price for example. It is a good atmosphere, good staff. Also, I like the shopping plaza. Again, I wish I lived closer, we'd go for a regular membership there.
