When are grocery prices going down?

I recall a lot of talk about this on the campaign trail. I don’t remember any talk about Greenland. So when are grocery prices going down?
I paid more this month than I did last.

Once overall economic inflation happens like has happened the last decade, prices rarely go down across the board.

Wages have to catch up. That's the bad part overall. It will happen again and again.

Ah no. Inflation is theft by poor policies (too much stimulus) and the price gorging of retailers who add another layer of profit on.

Lower gas prices are due to lower demand because 1) renewables and 2) global demand for oil is down so prices are coming down. But it doesn't matter when everything else is more expensive and stagflation kicks in.

It’s not really a major concern of those in power right now— it doesn’t enrich them for you to pay less at the grocery store, and his appointees have already said they don’t consider it a priority for Americans to pay less. So, have to agree with others that it’s when serious economic decline and recession sets in.
