Everyone MAGA made fun of for fearing fascism and recognizing the similarities between the past 10 years in the US and the 30s in Germany, or with Hungary in recent years, read his books and Timothy Snyder’s years ago. - glorification of a mythic past
- anti-intellectualism
- us good - them bad ideology
- victimhood
- sexual anxiety
- law & order
- 'scientific' support of the hierarchy of human worth

I don't want to raise my children in a fascist country, but I think it makes more sense to stay here and fight for OUR country, than leave it to the oligarchs.

Musk and the tech oligarchs are destroying the federal government so they can privatize everything the government does now for free, and make all of us idiot poors pay through the nose for the mail, for our social security checks, for passports, taxpayer advice, etc. -- everything the federal government does now because we use our taxpayer dollars to pay for it. Trump will be tossed in a few years in favor of their choice, J.D Vance, because Trump is useless to the oligarchs once they are running our government and raking in more riches, milking the regular taxpayers, and yes, all those MAGAs who voted for Trump. All that trans and immigration crap is just bait to lure them in. Remember when Trump told the evangelists they only have to vote once? He meant it. There will be no more elections. The oligarchy will install itself, and the rest of us are screwed.

Like Native Americans, African Americans (since 1619!), Chinese Americans (1848), and Mexican-Americans (at least 1681)? All here, or on lands that became the U.S., before 1862.

It can’t possibly be that less informed people are easily persuaded to vote for tyrants after decades of right wing propaganda and defunding of public schools. No, it’s the Democrats who are wrong!
