Website crashed 4x in 10 days, long wait times on phones, managers answering phone calls because the people who normally would answer the calls were fired.
I suppose if you fire the customer experience team, then you can report 100% customer satisfaction rate without anyone to say otherwise.

Musk and his tech gurus sure know what the are doing.

Have to wonder how many of the frustrated people trying to reach social security voted for Mump. Part of the FAFO crowd, I guess.

Exactly. And I bet a good number of MAGA seniors will go along with the grift, even as their checks stop arriving. “Oh it’s a good thing Trump is fixing this horrible agency!” Like lemmings off the cliff.
