In order to balance the budget, they are already planning to cut $800b from Medicaid. Now they will have to cut an additional $500b from Social Security. (All of this without Congress even having to vote on it. Because impoundment.)

They know this will happen, that is the plan. It is twofold, give more money to big business through failure to collect taxes and starve the beast/the federal government by reducing revenue. And this will be backed by an independent evaluation the CBO and heck an agency not tied to the administration?
