Fox News examples

Can you give me examples of stories that aren’t covered by Fox et al.

This week, or going back

Just where Fox chooses not to cover news stories at all. (Keeping viewers in a bubble)

I’m having a conversation with a family member …

They will sometimes cover more controversial (i.e. makes the GOP look bad) on their live video/TV, but not via a website story.

Marko Elez's (DOGE) racist tweets were not covered via a FoxNews website article. There is one clip of it from a month ago from FoxNews live.

There is no FoxNews website article about Doge's Coristine having been fired for leaking proprietary info from a prior job.

There is very little on FoxNews re: concerns for DOGE not having appropriate clearance to view sensitive info. Most other news websites are covering this.

Re: NPS DOGE layoffs, they did not cover the initial layoffs nor number of them which included park firefighters, etc. But later covered the upside down American flag and rehiring of 50 of them with just this article.

Leave your family member alone. Fox News viewers know far more about what CNN viewers think than vice versa. The NYTimes CNN narratives are inescapable. But most of US wouldn’t be caught dead regularly checking Fox News or, God forbid, conservative blogs. We are fairly uniformed about what our opponents think. Which is why we call them stupid racists. We can’t imagine any other reason for them to prefer Trump, and we’re not about to ask them!

Cannot find anything on FoxNews website that there is a 10 year old law that automatically cuts off payments to anyone over age 115.

FOX has barely said much about the fact of the DOGE "receipts" not actually adding up to much real savings. DOGE exaggerated numbers ($8 billion instead of $8 million) they counted contracts that already ended in 2024 before Trump even came into office, they used maximum contract ceiling figures rather than real contract dollar values, and so on.

Nor did they talk much about all of the misrepresentations, fabrications and outright lies about the things being canceled, like "condoms for Gaza" and "transgender mouse studies."

FOX didn't talk about DOGE storming and taking over private non-profits like the Institute of Peace.

FOX isn't talking about why people are getting angrier and angrier about DOGE but instead does some pearl clutching over how GOP townhalls and donor events are getting tense. They don't cover how Trump-voting military veterans are now being dragged out of townhalls for being upset with what the Trump administration is doing. Instead they peddle narratives about it being "disruptive far left activists" straight out of MAGA la-la-land.

FOX is the reason people are still so uninformed as to actually still think DOGE is doing good work, exposing corruption and saving money when they aren't. FOX is misleading its viewers.

And the person above who nattered on suggesting FOX viewers know more than others following MSM is quite obviously wrong. Is the PP really that ignorant, or are you also willfully trying to mislead, in which case you are not as smart as you'd like to think you are.

FOX didn't talk about how the supposed "DOGE tech geniuses" don't even know how to run a proper SQL query or to bother looking at a data dictionary, which is why they thought there were millions of checks being sent out to 150 year old vampires. DOGE is a disgrace and an embarrassment. Completely incompetent. There is absolutely no denying of this.

Nor did FOX talk about the complete clusterfxk happening in agencies due to all of the extraneous hoops and bureaucratic processes introduced by DOGE where if any funding is to be put on a contract it needs to be reviewed and signed off on to make sure there's no environmental justice or gulf of america or DEI et cetera et cetera et cetera and if it's for more than $50k it needs additional financial review as well, and that there's no training being allowed in agencies even for essential things and so on. And all of that crap is word documents being emailed around waiting for humans to look at it. Zero automation. Zero efficiency plus a lot of extra man hours wasted on this stupid extra layer of unneeded bureaucracy. DOGE is actively making agencies MORE dysfunctional and inefficient and wasteful than they were before.

But the FOX viewers are completely oblivious to all of that. They think it's all great and wonderful. I couldn't imagine being so oblivious.

I do that from time to time. I'll look at Fox or National Review (I expected NR to be somewhat intellectual but not really).

I watch both sides because they both omit a ton. Just as many important stories omitted from CNN as there are from Fox. And MSNBC is like an alternate universe.

What type of stories do you feel CNN should have covered and didn't just curious?
