Why didn't prior Presidents use the above Act to deport the thousands of Irish and Italians in northeastern cities involved in documented mafia activities? Irish and Italian gangs controlled portions of our govts, from the FBI office in Boston to the Javits Convention Center in NYC. Many Irish in Boston funded the IRA terrorists in Northern Ireland. The Irish ad Italian mafia families had governmental connections back home in Northern Ireland and Sicily. Tren de Aragua is not in the same league at the Irish and Italian mafia families.

No doubt, you believe that they all are gang members simply because Donald said so. Can I sell you my beautiful amazing used car? The fact is that statute seemingly does not apply on its face. Of course, to the extent that any of them are criminals, we should jail or deport them. But there is a process, which must be followed. Did we round up and deport the members of the Irish and Italian mafia, whose violence was far more widespread than Tren de Aragua? If someones committed a crime in the US, do we prefer to jail or deport them? |

| They didn't use the act because it hasn't really been needed and this use likely is a reason to recall him from office. Dems should run on this and everything else with the answer being to fire him (impeachment and removal). If voters agree, they got a mandate. More powerful than before. |
