GOP’s Upcoming Shutdown

On top of the crappy economic indicators, looks like the GOP is nowhere close to any kind of a deal to keep the government open after March 14. Johnson seemed to believe that he could govern because the Dems keep coming to his rescue. That looks very unlikely this time because Elon is torching previous budget deals.

Let them. I hope no one gets their SS checks. I hope the VA shuts down. I hope planes fall out of the sky and the economy collapses and kids die of measles. I hope the entire country is eating rice and beans and paying $20 a gallon for gas. If that's what it takes count me in.

How are the GOP so dysfunctional they're tanking the entire economy AND will shutdown the entire govt while they control the whole damn thing?

Absolutely unreal. In less than 3 months they've blown up the economy, will blow up the debt even more, and caused complete paralysis to even govern the entire country. Good God, get ahold of yourself GOP. How can you cause this much chaos in basically no time? Not only blowing up the economy, but ruining entire alliances and agreements they took the country 100 years to build.

The destruction in such a short amount of time is unreal. It's worse than a bull in a china shop.
