| For sure! My favorite way to make it is with sliced onions and carrots underneath so they absorb all the juices. Amazing and every goes crazy for those carrots and onions |

| I have never in my life toasted a chicken and likely never will. There is a butcher shop near my house that roasts a few every day and I get one of those pretty often. |
