Anybody else roasting a chicken today?

It’s my favorite food. If I didn’t have plans it’s what I’d do because now that you mention it, chicken soup would make great leftovers this week.

For sure! My favorite way to make it is with sliced onions and carrots underneath so they absorb all the juices. Amazing and every goes crazy for those carrots and onions

I had my caterer roast 2 chickens for me last night bc we had people over for a small dinner party. Tastes so much better when someone else cooks it 😆

I have never in my life toasted a chicken and likely never will. There is a butcher shop near my house that roasts a few every day and I get one of those pretty often.
