I’ve taken to my bed and canceled the rest of my day to fully immerse myself in
a full-on deep-dive down this rabbit hole. I’m currently annoyed that my college kid home from break needs my help in the form of a small, local errand that will take me away from this thread and I’m only on page 60.

I'm sure she's fed up about something, but Kate has played the dutiful partner for decades--first as a girlfriend and now as a wife. It doesn't track that she'd become uncharacteristically uncooperative and refuse to be photographed just because she wasn't feeling or looking her best. This is the same woman who walked outside with her newborns in full makeup for a photo shoot only hours after they were born. She knows what she signed on for. She is definitely fed up, but it's not because she isn't getting privacy after a surgery nearly two months ago.

Does it track that the same dutiful partner you describe would even divorce, especially after all the recent family drama?

Yes because everyone has their limits. She has clearly has reached hers and is not cooperating anymore. Not only because of the public pressure but because of William and their team's horrid treatment of her.

It's reality. Throwing Kate under the bus while still avoiding giving clarification to official press agencies is horrid. Idk how people are defending him

LOL. Any attorney would be coming to the house- she’d never risk being seen at an attorney’s office. Especially right now. Medical appointment that can’t be done via house call most likely.

My hunch is that this is all eating disorder related. See bandaged fingers. I think the Dec 28 hospital visit was for this as there was an acute issue stemming from eating disorder. I believe she really did have abdominal surgery and perhaps things were more complicated internally due to the years of abuse. I think things were very serious medically. She is now in rehab and gaining weight (possibly with feeding tube). She may not agree with the treatment protocols and is embarrassed about being seen with the weight gain, though of course she shouldn't be - but that is the disordered mind talking. She is upset and refusing to go along with being seen right now. There may be marital issues on top of this but I suspect that the eating disorder is the main issue. If this is the situation, I feel for Kate, as she is likely being pressured to "reveal herself" before she is ready and she should take the time necessary to get healthy, and feel comfortable being photographed.
