The WaPo would immediately tell the public that Trump contacted them trying to get them to plant a false story.

This is the chain of events:

1) raid - Trump’s lawyers say that they had to fight to be shown a warrant, and when they were, were not allowed to keep it
2) insistence that lawyers leave and that all cameras be turned off. We learn later that the cameras in MAL were indeed rolling and Trump and his lawyers watched the raid themselves as it was ongoing.
3) nine hours inside, despite having been in before and given free reign, to the point where improvements were suggested.
4) No statement from Garland day of or next day
5) Judge who signed off on warrant associated with Epstein and recused himself from another Trump case due to internal bias
6) JW files to have warrant and affidavit released and public and media outrage ensues about raid and President’s right to declassify
7) Simulaneous statements by media that warrant information is super secret and can’t be released without major redactions
8) Garland finally comes forward with statement admitting it was his decision to go into MAL.
9) Media and Democrats claim Trump can release warrant and won’t, because he has nuclear weapons documents in his possession, which, are the only type he can’t declassify. They will not be able to prove this to the America people because it’s all super secret, so super secret that it was leaked to press.
10) Trump states publicly last night that he doesn’t care one whit if the warrant and affidavit is released, and that they should be released.

How do you know that’s what he has? Because a leaker told the WaPo? I’m a bit more skeptical I guess than most - I like to see hard evidence.
