Anyone else worried about their Tesla getting vandalized?

Anonymous
I have to drive my Tesla (which was purchased years ago) to a work trip in Philadelphia. During the trip, it will be parked in an open, public lot day and night. Am I wrong to worry about it getting vandalized? I'm thinking about getting the anti-Elon bumper sticker, but will vandalizers actually check for the sticker, especially after dark?

Rent a car and have your employer cover the cost. Tell them your car is in need of repair and can't make the trip.

If you’re this nervous about driving your car, you should probably sell it.

LOL, a sticker will keep you safe 😄

I think many people in the country think the government is too fat and that a successful businessman like Musk can make it more efficient. People (like myself) in the DC Metro area are most effected and most upset. I don’t think people in Philly hate him like we do. I wouldn’t worry.

This person wants your car to get vandalized.

Look, Philly will find any reason (or no reason) to vandalize a car. It’s a coin flip.

Hitchbot

hitchBOT was a Canadian hitchhiking robot created by professors David Harris Smith of McMaster University and Frauke Zeller of Toronto Metropolitan University in 2013. It gained international attention for successfully hitchhiking across Canada, Germany and the Netherlands, but in 2015 its attempt to hitchhike across the United States ended when it was stripped, dismembered, and decapitated in Philadelphia.

No, a regular is not safe.

Seriously- why would anyone drive their own car to Philly for work?

Tesla or not - that is a terrible city to drive and park in for any car.

Rent and have your employer cover the risk.
