Easy baked goods

I feel like having dessert. But the only sweets I have is fruit and that clearly doesn’t count. I don’t totally feel like baking but can manage an easy one bowl recipe. Fully stocked baking cabinet. (I might be out of chocolate chips - not sure).

What am I making??

I’d make myself a chocolate lava cake. You can pare it down to be for one (or two— make another one tomorrow).

No-Bake Cookies

I haven’t made it yet, but you might try Christmas Crack.

Do you have any cake-mixes? Bisquick? Rice Crispies? Canned biscuits?

Your writing style is annoying. Why would you even write that you’re not sure if you’re out of chocolate chips…just get off your ass and go look.

This is the food forum. We are kind here…please don’t bring your negativity. If you have nothing nice to say, just don’t click on the reply button.

I'd make those no-bake stovetop peanut butter chocolate oatmeal things. Then you can have them for breakfast too.

Is this for yourself, your family, a book club, or what ?

You admit you don't feel like baking and you're too lazy to check your cabinet for ingredients so just go out and buy something from the grocery store.
