Drive a Tesla? You’re driving THE most dangerous car ever made.

You are more likely to die in a Tesla than in any other car made. Transporting children in a Tesla would possibly be grounds for having a stranger call CPS on you. If you bought one for your child to drive, they may well die because of your choice.

In the interest of full disclosure and transparency, I currently own a Tesla Model 3. I am desperately trying to figure out how to get rid of it. So I’ve got skin in the game too.

If you read the article, it says the driver’s behavior is the main factor. The worse accident we’ve been in was a Jeep running into our car full speed at a stop light. Young guy, on his phone, in a rush.

Well, yes. But it can make farting noises, so….

Definitely BMW in the old country.

We had someone in a Toyota Camry flip their car and crash into and total our parked car.

OP just be careful how you use automated driving and stay off your phone.

It's easier to blame the car than to accept that driver behavior is the issue.

My in laws have a Tesla and i hate it. The screen is huge and distracting, and simple tasks like switching on AC require fiddling with screen.

Now I don’t feel so ridiculous when I hesitate putting my kids in the tesla. (Plus my FIL isn’t young, can’t see well, weaves in and out of 495 traffic like a madman, and thinks he’s the best driver out there … )

Is there no resale market for teslas?

I see a lot of bad Tesla drivers on the road. My mother in law is one of them.

A few weeks ago I asked my husband if Tesla cars were fully self driving now because I had seen a few cars do weird traffic maneuvers that I thought could be blamed on self driving mode. 😂 They really are the worst drivers.

Ha worse than a Ford Pinto!

Did you read the article OP? It lists the top 23 most dangerous cars and the Tesla Model 3 doesn’t even make the list.
We have a 2017 or 2018 model 3 and I find it very safe. It stops on a dime. I’m a cautious driver.
I hate Elon Musk with the fire of a thousand suns and would never buy another Tesla but I’m not particularly worried about getting rid of the one I’ve got. I charge it off our solar panels and it has needed very little maintenance.
