I disagree. I find there are welcoming people everywhere in the world. It totally depends on the personalities you meet.
I know a lot of uptight Ameicans and I know a lot of gracious ones, random geographies. This is you OP. It's a roll of the dice depending on what you happen to be doing when you were in those places. If you're telling me you are just walking around Germany in a tourist area shopping or dining of course that will be a different experience than being in a little village in the Irish countryside for example. You have to have apples to apples experiences to really judge. |
