"Pastor" Terry Jones?

As a Christian myself,I find myself very mad at this-called-Pastor Terry Jones who threatened to burn Korans to mark 9/11.
Did he canceled the burnning of Korans?YES HE DID!
Do you know why he canceled??Because it is part of his job!To canceled this ridiculous act of hate!!!
I am so mad that I can not read anything about his ideas any more.
How can this man still being a Pastor???????????
God is love and what this "Pastor" is doing is nothing but trash!
HE IS COMPLETLY CRAZY!!!
I am very much ashamed of his actions and would love to know how this guy thinks he is the king of the world and decided to burn the Korans.
We should all love each other and be GOOD to each other.And not being all over the media hurting people's feelings.
Oh God,this is too ridiculous!
*By the way,as a Christian I also know that I NEED TO LOVE this guy with all my heart and soul,but as a human being it is very frustrating to watch this guy on tv and
do nothing about it.

this 'pastor' will be bummed when the media attention he's getting off on turns on him. There are surely countless reporters doing the digging as I type this to fill the world in on this guy's past...I'm I'm sure it's dreadful. Hope he's enjoying his 15 minutes...they're almost up.

More than one poster on this board has issues with English and punctuation. I think that we should respond to their content, not the delivery.

OP, our imperfect English is just fine with me. The readers can understand you just fine, and no missing comma is going to detract from your comments. Posters criticize posters' grammar when they have nothing better to say.

Don't have time to find links at the moment, but yesterday I was hearing some pretty terrible things about his previous work-- maybe in Germany, if I recall correctly. Telling parents its good to hit their children, encouraging couple to split, coercing his "flock" to work for him at practically zero wages. Sounded almost cult-like.

It's called "Free Speech," even if we disagree with what he says and burning the Bible, Koran and other religious material is not against the law. If Iwant free speech then I also have to respect the rights of those with whom I disagree.

Talking trash about the Koran is free speech. Burning them wholesale might be a little different. Gets a little closer to yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, given the current religious climate in this country and the anniversary of 9/11 which should not be cheapened by hate. One thing is for sure-this nut who no one had ever heard of with a congregation of 50 is sure getting a lot of publicity mileage out his little stunt. Even if it is legal, there is such a thing as bad taste and timing. The problem is not Islam (or capitalism, or Judiasm, or Christianity). The problem is intolerance. COEXIST!

The most amusing/shocking revelation that I read was that he was high school classmates with Rush Limbaugh!!! Can't believe that the press isn't all over this!
