The problem is - most of us have no way to fight back. Congress and the courts are the best way, and they lack the fortitude to fight back because of their greed and fear. |

| I’m personally choosing not to overreact. I don’t think it will get that crazy, but I do think there is genuine concern for democratic back sliding due to the attacks on the press and low checks and balances. Trump is mostly on money making revenge tour. Even if we were losing democracy, we are already kind of at the point where it’s too late. |

Apparently the lower courts did that, when WA Fed judge received the EO this week re: citizenship he couldnt believe it had been "where were the lawyers?" Lawyers were intimidated? |

| I wonder if Blue states have the capacity to fight back, by ignoring EOs that take them backwards. Trump has already shown that he has no problem violating the Constitution and SCOTUS will bend interpretations in his favor. Why should Blue states feel any hesitation in simply ignoring his new EOs?
