Might be easier to find a full Irish breakfast, which will be close. I’m pretty sure Auld Shebeen in Fairfax does one.

I grew up in a less developed European country with very few restaurant options in the 80ties, every now and then we would travel to the UK where I developed a fondness for British breakfasts....
