Another ICE Shooting in Minnesota

I am an independent.
I did not like the gaslighting during the Biden administration about immigration or transgender issues, and I do not like the gaslighting happening in the Trump administration that tells us to ignore what we are seeing with our own eyes with this latest killing of a citizen by officers.
Stop it with the gaslighting and start holding these people accountable.

People keep posting that this is felony murder. It’s not. Unless something changed since law school and the bar exam, (possible it’s been over two decades and I don’t practice crim law) in order for it to be a consideration of felony murder, the felony being committed must be one of the following:
Burglary
Arson
Kidnapping
Escape from custody
Rape
Robbery

None of the above applies, and therefore not felony murder. It is however a good charge for second degree murder.

Can they argue that ICE burglared him of his life, or kidnapped him by detaining him?

I am confused. I rewatched the footage several times and it occurred to me that there are no violent protesters anywhere. They are behind a car on the edge of the street or sidewalk and ICE is attacking the woman first. There is a lot of whistling and screaming but they had the woman on the ground after several blasts of pepper spray. You can see the clouds of spray and that much is not needed btw. The Alex came to aid the lady. He turns and lifts up his phone to seemingly capture what is going on and then they sprayed him in the face. The man turns away probably because of the spray to the face and bang bang bang bang. Shots ring out and screams. The footage shows the ground and it cuts out wit screams and a man down. Sick. There is no gun but he had a phone in his hands. Did the not want their face in the footage and they killed him? There were no mobs of violent protesters, there was no gun in his hands and he was not even aggressive or dealing with ICE but aiding the lady. They got him sprayed and down before he could even become a threat. There is nothing that warrants this murder.

DO but the article you linked does not include specific enough information to draw conclusions. So Obama deported people from “inside” the US. How many of those were encountered just inside or near the border, as opposed to the towns and cities far from the border?

The Governors of Texas and Florida weren’t busing and flying people to towns and cities far from the border during the Obama administration.

It's like their brains are literally not able to disagree with their leader. It's both sad and scary. And I genuinely don't know how we as a country recover and get back to normal function ever again.

Charlie Kirk was speaking at a College, not looking to "agitate" people trying to do their jobs. Huge difference.

Core Charlie Kirk was to agitate people into being angry. He just did it in a different way. That didn't mean he deserved to die. See how easy that is?

Standing in the street to block people/vehicles is not peaceful protests. There’s a longer video that shows him refusing to move, any reference to it here gets removed.

It’s been linked a few time, gets deleted. He’s in the road, they ask him to move, he refuses, tells others to refuse. It’s why they push people at the beginning of the video you see. They didn’t walk up to people and push them for no reason.

Stop lying and making things up. The videos (multiple videos, from different angles) show the agents pushing him and a woman on the side of the road. They push the woman into a small snowbank on the curb and she and Alex are slipping on the snow. They were not in the road obstructing anything when the attack happened. Also, there is no audio of what Alex or the woman are saying. But anyone with eyes can see from their body language as clearly depicted in the videos that they were trying to get away from the agents.

Ask yourself why you are so desperate to believe and propagate lies that are easily refuted.

Those videos cut off the previous 10 seconds? Why? Because it’s the time showing them in the road..

Isn't what the agents did WORSE than those things? Because they were operating from a position of authority and power over a civilian?

The only reason they weren't committing a kidnapping was that they hadn't gotten that far - they were about to take him away once he was beaten senseless.

Well, I voted for Trump twice. I didn't really vote for him as much as I voted against Clinton and Harris.

The Good shooting was a bad shooting. Didn't have to happen. He could have moved.

The Pretti shooting is bad because it was a mistake. I don't belive they wanted to shoot him. They were trying to subdue him, "Gun" was yelled and was present, Gray coat runs away with it and accidentally discharges it. That shot prompts the agents to open up.

All of it was wrong, but heres the thing. Good and Pretti were both absolute idiots inviting disaster. None of this would have happened if they didnt insert themselves.

This will continuwe to happen. There will be more. The choice is up to the protestors. ICE isnt going anywhere.

There isn't actually any proof that the deceased's gun discharged. That is a right wing theory to try to attempt to cover for a truly deplorable action and result.
