Ivy League Schools

No benefits over CalTeech, Stanford, MIT, CMU, and even Georgia Tedh for STEM for sure. Dartmouth, for example, has not even clear advantage over U Michigen. Harvard, however, will have a clear advantage over UVA.

Congrats on Georgia Tech!

Ivies are world class in making students empathetic. They believe that by teaching students to support a terror organization like Hamas, they will learn to be empathetic to anything.

Students at most campuses across the country who pay any attention are more sympathetic now to Palestinians than to the Israelis who’ve murdered over 50,000. What happens at the Ivies just gets more attention because, well, they are the Ivies.

They are also responsible for many other world-class empathetic figures such as Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Vance, DeSantis, Cruz, etc.

Harvard. i would no longer send my kids there or any of the ivies. i want them to get an education not political indoctrination from the extreme left. Both are going to either Canada or Oxford ( already accepted)

Sorry, but protests are happening in Canada and the UK. McGill and Oxford already have protests going on.
Seriously, though, this is what students do. They protest, and when you have very large protests that happen internationally, you should listen. Students were not wrong about Vietnam or South Africa, even though at the time students were criticized by people probably like you for being naive, unpatriotic,
hypocritical, etc.

Have you not seen the outtakes about the incredibly hateful/death threats that the anti-palestinian groups are using?

I sure have.

Parents can display the sticker on the back of their car and feel that they are better than those around them. 😉

This is harder than it sounds. Like, I REALLY want people to know my child is at Harvard, but it seems gauche to wear Harvard sweatshirts and have the bumper sticker. What should I do? I've started talking more about visiting Boston and stuff, but my Catholic friends all just think my kid is at Boston College (*gross*). Help!

No, you are mistaken. Please feel free to wear Harvard clothing head to toe & to cover your car in Harvard stickers & decals.

I think you meant “world class at making students into entitled antisemitic idiots.”

UVA shouldn’t be compared to Ivy. It’s an above-average school, like any other decent public. It is NOT elite

An Ivy would be far more transformative than a UVA degree

Please, give it a rest. UVA is ranked 24th in the US, making it very much elite. It is highly selective, full of bright, ambitious students, and successful alumni. UVA’s graduate schools are also at the top. It’s not Harvard or Stanford, but it’s still one of the best schools in the country.

You should check in with your comrades in Gaza. They’ve quietly adjusted their death toll (oh and admitted those disgusting claims against the IDF were made up).

Let’s canonize the IDF! Saints and martyrs, all of them.
