What percent equity do you have on your home? 40 1. primary residence, about 60 percent 2. secondary residence about 25 percent |

50. Primary residence 85 percent
Secondary residence 100 percent. Probably we didn’t spend enough on our primary residence when we bought, but it worked for us and then the kids got to an age where it didn’t seem worth upgrading because they would be gone soon. It didn’t mean we had a lot more money for other things like travel. |
