As soon as I saw who it was, I closed the window. That guy's videos just meander. My sense is that he's one of those independents who never worked for a school and doesn't really know anyone who does. It's all just conjecture.

I don't think that he was wrong but there was nothing new in terms of information. It is well known that you are evaluated in context of your school, that they want more rural kids, and that things like QB and Posse are becoming increasingly important resources to screen candidates in a manner that the schools themselves cannot. 3-5 minutes would have been plenty.
