| No shutters. No thanks. |

OP has to be the realtor.
That kitchen sucks. No way. |
| The price isn't the issue for me. It's that it's a weird mix of rooms inside - some look like they've had cheap updates and others look like they've been neglected for decades. |
| Total tear down! |
| That is an old house and sadly, it looks it. Agree, it would be a tear down |
| This needs a lot of work to look good |
| It’s very dated! Too much work. |
| So ugly that I didn't make it past the first photo. |
This was never designed to have shutters. What is your point? Some people clearly have no knowledge of architecture and architectural styles. It's a nicely designed house from the 1920s-30s. Wonderful building materials and I love the roof, although I'd have it properly inspected. It seems well maintained and inside. I can see why some people would want a new kitchen but I could move into that house tomorrow and be happy. I did notice they must have replaced the original radiators with baseboard heat, not ideal but I can still live with it. It would not surprise me if someone knocked it down to build a megamansion on it. Oh well. |
| I actually love it. It wouldn’t be a bad renovation bc the layout has potential to easily open up the kitchen and make a family room and mudroom. The yard is amazing, and it’s on the right side of the street with park access. Anyone saying this is a teardown should just go buy a new build that will look dated in 10 years and not ruin something with classic bones |

confused as to why this would be a tear down?
yes it needs some work and I'm not sure about the price but looks lovely to me with good bones and nice area |
| The outside is nice, and the lot. But the sea of white inside is terrible. It’s like someone painted over all the charm and beauty with yucky white |
| Ugly exterior for the price, interior is nothing special. At that price, no thanks. |
